The staff was very friendly and helpful .

I was disappointed to find that one of the bedside lamps in my room didn't work, quite frustrating. The air conditioning wasn't clean. It was clogged with dirt and dust. The view advertised in my 'cityview' room was just a partially blocked angle down to the street, far from what I expected.

I had a nice stay at this hip new hotel. The staff were accommodating and provided help. I had wonderful room with large bathroom. Also, location was decent, not too far from H & h Building. The property was a good home base for enjoying a beautiful area. The restaurant was excellent and food was delicious. I loved being in this place.

Loved the room with a comfortable bed, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was favourable and decent for walking around a non - profit public aquarium.

Surprisingly Delicious Food

The King Room was immaculate, with comfortable bedding. I loved the modern Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom-definitely a unique touch! Staff were friendly and eager to help.

Staff was friendly, but breakfast was uninviting.

Great location near attractions

The hotel offers comfortable beds and a clean room, which contributed positively to my stay. I faced inconvenience with the valet parking system, as it took longer than expected to get my car multiple times. Noise from the surrounding area disrupted my sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay here. the room was super spacious and felt like a little home away from home. The rooftop pool was just the perfect spot to unwind, and the cozy fire pit area made for a nice evening hangout. Just a heads up, the parking situation can be a bit tricky, so plan ahead! 😊

Can't recommend highly enough for a cursory stop

Spacious room, friendly staff, with Brandon at the front desk providing helpful local dining suggestions and a cute smile, made us feel right at home.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was perfect for our group. It was spacious, and the beds were comfortable, we all slept well. We appreciated the efficient check-in and check-out process, and the responsiveness of the valet staff.

The sonesta hotel was lovely! The staff was attentive, especially rashonda in the restaurant who made every meal special. Location is great, just a short walk to the waterfront.

Excellent staff but breakfast could be improved

The room was equipped with a cool Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. The breakfast options were quite limited and could definitely use a bit more variety.

The staff was extremely friendly and outstandingly accommodating - we would come there again. It was incredibly beautiful hotel and we had a nice stay. - New-fashioned room, gorgeous, had a spacious bathroom. - the location was good, overlooking the wall.
